Multi-sport program for ages 6-10, offered all 11 weeks of summer at the National Conference Center in Lansdowne, VA

A unique experience! We give our campers (ages 6-10) a wide-range exposure to various sports whether learning the game for the first time, or an experienced player, our campers enjoy a mix of sports each week in a fun environment including soccer, lacrosse, tennis and basketball. Our core sports include skills session and game-play. We also play a variety of team-based games such as kickball, capture the flag, flag football, and more. Our camp program balances indoor and outdoor activities including daily free swim to break up the summer heat. Afternoon ice cream/popsicle snack, camp T-shirt, and weekly pro-appearance also included.

Junior Counselor Program

Pro-Athlete Appearances
Each camp week includes a visit from a different professional athlete who talks about their sport, what sports they enjoyed as a child, and other interesting things about themselves. Depending on the sport, our pro-appearances may include a practice session with the campers. (Due to confirming schedules, we cannot announce who is coming until each camp session.)
