Each participant receives a Crew Pack including a DVD, activity book, certificate, decal and patch to take home at the end of the day as well as a photo ID card mailed after completion of class. This is an official PADI program and participant earns credits in this camp to go toward future scuba diving certification.

When you get right down to it - the PADI Seal Team program is just plain cool! Designed for young divers, this exciting new program is built around AquaMissions!  What's an AquaMission? It's an underwater pool adventure where kids learn scuba activities. In the Intro to Scuba session, we cover AquaMissions 1-5 teach kids the basics of diving—things like buoyancy control, mask clearing, regulator recovery, etc. In the advanced session, there are 15 AquaMissions.

AquaMission 1
In your first AquaMission, you learn the basics of diving. You get to breathe underwater, learn about your air gauge and practice hand signals with your instructor and PADI Seal Team friends. It all starts here - have a great time! AquaMission 1 Skills: Shallow water entry, Put on and adjust gear, Hand signals (OK, up, down, I have a problem), Breathing underwater, Underwater swimming, Reading the air gauge, Air supply signals, Ear clearing (equalizing), Ascents.

AquaMission 2
In AquaMission #2, you build on your scuba skills by practicing regulator skills. By learning good regulator recovery methods, you become a more confident diver and great PADI Seal Team buddy (more on that later). AquaMission 2 Skills: Shallow water entry, Put on and adjust gear, Hand signals, Regulator removal and blowing bubbles, Replace regulator and clear (purge button), Regulator removal and recovery (in front of diver), Mask equalization, Ascents.

AquaMission 3
In the third AquaMission, you learn mask clearing, octopus breathing and hand signal skills. After this AquaMission, you're more than halfway to becoming an official PADI Seal Team member! AquaMission 3 Skills: Shallow water entry, Put on and adjust gear, Hand signals (low on air, out of air, share air), Inflate/deflate BCD at surface (power inflator), Clear water from mask while underwater, Octopus breathing (supplied by instructor), Ascent.

AquaMission 4
In this AquaMission, you learn what it's like to be weightless - just like an Astronaut in space! Controlling your buoyancy - being able to "hover" underwater - is one of the most important skills for a PADI Seal. AquaMission 4 Skills: Shallow water entry, Put on and adjust gear, Regulator removal and recovery (from behind shoulder), Replace regulator and clear (blowing hard), Fin pivot (power inflator), Hovering (power inflator), Ascen.

AquaMission 5
This is your last AquaMission for the day! After this you'll be an official PADI Seal Team member!  AquaMission 5 Skills: Snorkel clearing (blast method), Snorkel to regulator exchange, Surface swim with scuba.

As you can see, PADI Seals get to sample a wide variety of dives that reinforce safe diving skills while the kids are having fun - pool diving has never been this adventurous!
