Camp Rates

Weekly summer rate is $220 per camper; Week 3, July 6-9 (closed 5th), is prorated at $180.

Holiday camps range from $55-150/day depending on program.

Before/After Care

For summer camp, we offer before care (7:30-9:00 a.m.) and for all camp programs offer after care (4:00-6:00 p.m.), which can be registered for within a week of each camp session. In some cases before care is also available for holiday camps (check camp description). We have plenty of indoor activities in our camp room to include arts and crafts, movies, games, and snacks.

EXTENDED CARE RATES
Before Care: $25/week ($20 Week 3*)
After Care: $35/week  ($28 Week 3*)
Before and After Care: $50/week ($40 Week 3*)
Holiday camp aftercare: $10/day
Holiday camp beforecare: $5/day (when available)

LATE PICKUP FEES
If you did not sign up for aftercare but then are running late to pick up your camper, the daily rate After Care charge ($10.00) will be made. After Care ends at 6:00pm and the following additional late fees are charged: 6:05-6:15 $5, 6:16-6:30 $10, after 6:30 $20.

Terms and Conditions

One of the key reasons our camp is successful is because we are able to plan properly for the time we have with our campers. We ask that all parents understand that their last minute change in plans and request for switching or dropping sessions creates additional work for us, and when done last minute, disrupts the work we do to prepare for each camp session. Although we do our best to accommodate switching of camp sessions, we have the following policies in place to minimize costs and time spent on these changes. Enforcing these policies helps keep our camp rates down, which we hope parents benefit from, too.

HOLIDAY CAMP SESSIONS: Unless a deposit is mentioned in the camp description, full payment must be received at ime of registration to secure  your spot. Switching sessions or cancellations with refund (minus $10/day or $50/week admin fee) may be made with a minimum of three weeks notice of start of camp session.

SUMMER CAMP SESSIONS: Non-refundable down payment is required with registration of $50 PER SESSION PER CAMPER with remaining payment due by June 1 OR you may pay in full with registration. After JUNE 1 all new registrations must be paid in full and all camp session fees are considering completely non-refundable. Payment plans are available when registering for four or more sessions, or special needs. Camp session fee minus deposit is only refundable if cancelled BEFORE June 1. No refunds will be given for cancellations after June 1. However, we do allow session date changes with at least three weeks notice prior to camp session and on a space available basis. Fees paid for before and after care are refundable if service is not used and advance notice is given.
